This meeting can be an assessment of your current routine, time to answer your burning questions, or a starting point to iron out the basics and get you on track for your goals. This check in can accommodate both sport performance and general wellness goals. All required documents and forms will need to be completed and returned to your dietitian prior to the consult date.
